The project consisted of both concrete boat ramp and asphalt parking lot improvements.

The master planning effort was requested as a result of a rail trail project that had been ongoing and that interfaced with the vacant lot.

The overall project required road re-alignments, parking lot redesign, extensive site grading, a winterized pump house building, an ADA Shower and Restroom Building, a new sewer lift station and force main, and re-routing and/or burying of utilities.
