The overall project required road re-alignments, parking lot redesign, extensive site grading, a winterized pump house building, an ADA Shower and Restroom Building, a new sewer lift station and force main, and re-routing and/or burying of utilities.

Schwab Eaton performed a preliminary study for replacing the bridge in a cost effective manner that would reduce traffic accidents occurring at the location.
