SURVEYING
Schwab-Eaton
was established in 1957 by Merle Schwab and Frank Eaton, and originally
provided engineering services devoted to roads and bridges.
Evolving
from the civil engineering projects were survey teams that provided the
design surveys required for the development of plans. This survey operation
has branched out to a full service facility providing a broad spectrum
of surveys. We have four to five complete crews in Manhattan and one in
Beloit. The
crews are equipped with highly precise total station measuring instruments,
automatic levels, pin finders, two way radios, and four wheel drive survey
vehicles. We are also equipped with GPS total stationing, providing a
real time kinematic GPS Survey System that provides us with
the most productive
survey tools available.
Schwab-Eaton
has the most complete survey records in the City of Manhattan and Riley
and Pottawatomie Counties. This results in a savings to the client in
time and money. We have more than 10,000 surveys on record which means
we may have information benefiting your survey. That is why it pays to
use Schwab-Eaton. Estimates are free and if you check around we
are confident you will find that we will provide the best service for
the cost.
