Schwab-Eaton realizes the changing and growing needs of communities and the citizens within those communities. Our public works engineers, therefore, coordinate with city governments to implement numerous community projects while maintaining city policies. Our public works professionals perform a variety of services including:

• Designing and preparation of construction plans and preparation of benefit district petitions of street, drainage, water, and sewer projects
  
  
• Representing the City's interests when working with other agencies
  
  
• Providing engineering design and construction standards to construction contractors
  
  
• Publishing of maps depicting sanitary sewer collection systems, water systems, and various other planimetric features
  
  
• Preparing use permits for utility work within the City rights-of-way and easements
  
  
• Preparing sanitary sewer permits within the incorporated communities.
  
  
• Providing of flood zone information to potential property owners
  
  
• Preparing site plans for development within the City and County to ensure that City and County standard are met for paving, drainage, access, and utilities
