Schwab Eaton assisted the project architect in the design of this sustainable project, located in the Miller Ranch Office Park in Manhattan, Kansas. Schwab Eaton provided surveying, design, and construction related services for the site infrastructure including stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer facilities, site grading, paving, and landscaping. Many sustainable design practices were implemented, and the project was the first in Kansas to obtain a LEED Silver designation.
