Service Description

Schwab Eaton provides a full line of surveying services including preliminary and final platting for subdivisions, design surveys, topographic surveys, right-of-way surveys, boundary surveys, ACSM/ALTA surveys, Mortgage Title Inspections, flood elevation certificates, and construction staking. We can assist homeowners with legal descriptions and finding or setting property pins. Our survey crews utilize highly precise total station measuring instruments and Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment that provide us with the most productive survey tools available.

Plan Room

For a nominal fee, contractors may purchase access to our Plan Room for one full year. As a Plan Room subscriber, you will have unlimited access to download PDF versions of Schwab Eaton plans, specifications, and addendums for the projects you are interested in bidding.
