Schwab-Eaton’s staff of landscape architects and engineers, including LEED certified designers, understands that sustainable design can be good for the environment and our client’s bottom line. Minimizing a development’s footprint, utilizing natural processes for stormwater management, selecting quality materials for reduced lifecycle cost, and specifying native and adapted plant species for drought tolerant landscapes are just a few sustainable practices we have implemented.
